- **"Author"** shall mean CheatCode Software LLC.  
- **"You" (or "Your")** shall mean an individual exercising permissions granted by this License.  
- **"Work"** shall mean the work of authorship, whether in the form of source code, documentation, assets, or other materials, made available under the License, as indicated by a Copyright Notice included in or attached to the Work.  
- **"Derivative Works"** shall mean any work, whether in the form of source code, documentation, assets, or other materials, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship.  

### Scope

This license covers any and all source code, documentation, assets, or other materials included in Mod Plus ("the Work") created by CheatCode Software LLC.  

This license does not cover any source code, documentation, assets, or other materials included in the Work that were not created by CheatCode Software LLC. Any such third-party code is subject to its own licenses and requirements.  

### Copyright & Attribution

CheatCode Software LLC retains full copyright, intellectual property rights, and patent rights to any and all source code, documentation, assets, or other materials included in the Work and is licensing usage of the Work to You for the express purpose of creating derivative works that fall within the limits imposed by **"Derivative Works Permitted"** and **"Derivative Works Not Permitted"** under **"Agreement."**  

The full text of this license, including the above Copyright Notice, shall be included in all derivative works of the source code.  

### Agreement

Permission is hereby granted to You, free of additional charge beyond the purchase price, to use Mod Plus in accordance with the terms of this License:  

1. This license is valid for **one (1) year** from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually to continue receiving bug fixes, new features, and updates.  
2. You may use Mod Plus in **unlimited projects**, including personal and commercial projects.  
3. You may modify the source code for internal use within Your projects.  
4. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell Mod Plus, whether in original or modified form.  
5. CheatCode Software LLC reserves the right to include watermarks, obfuscation, or other technical measures to enforce licensing terms on demos or distributed versions.  
6. This license does not include technical support services beyond bug fixes and delivery of new features or components.  

Any usage not expressly allowed under **"Derivative Works Permitted"** is prohibited without prior written permission from CheatCode Software LLC.  

### Derivative Works Permitted

- Incorporation of Mod Plus into unlimited personal or client projects.  
- Internal modification of Mod Plus source code and styles to fit design and functional requirements.  
- Usage of Mod Plus in commercial and non-commercial projects.  

### Derivative Works Not Permitted

- Redistribution of Mod Plus source code, styles, or assets in part or whole, whether modified or unmodified.  
- Use of Mod Plus in products intended to compete with or replace Mod Plus.  
- Repackaging or rebranding Mod Plus as part of another toolkit, framework, or product for resale or distribution.  
- Sharing Mod Plus source code with external parties outside the scope of Your licensed usage.  

### Requesting Permission for Other Uses

Permission for uses not listed under **"Derivative Works Permitted"** may be requested by contacting CheatCode Software LLC at **mod@cheatcode.co**.  

### Limitation of Liability
